All above inspection and test items shall be as per relevant applicable codes, standards, specifications and requisition requirements.
H: Hold Pointimplies that relevant production activities shall not proceed until the continuation of work is permitted by Purchaser. (Notification req'd)
W: Witness pointimplies that Purchaser intends to witness the designated inspection feature. If Purchaser decides not to witness the relevant feature, production can proceed without permission of Purchaser. (Notification req'd)
S: Witness, but spot check basis. Initial operation will be witness point and subsequent operation will be witnessed at discretion of Purchaser considering the results of previous inspection. (Random Inspection : Notification not req'd)
R: Reviewinspection & test records (Notification not req'd)
It is necessary the hose quality control plan meet your inspection and test plan. The inspection release note may submitted by third party inspector and delivered to hose vendor if it is specified by purchase order.
Monitoring / Observation of Vendor shop daily routine works(i.e. Storage of materials, Adherence to approved procedures, Testing tool calibration check, NDE Operator performance & qualification, workmanship and etc.) shall be done by Purchaser during inspection visit.
Most of purchasers only require pre-shipment inspection for hose and hose coupling. Vendor inspection is advised when the volume of your purchaser is very great.
